Why Buy a Double Running Buggy?

Traditional strollers are ideal for day-to-day use, but if would like to run with your children, then you'll need a double running buggy. They are specifically designed with jogging in mind and come with large wheels, tyres that are filled with air and typically an upper wheel that locks for additional suspension.

For  twin buggy  jogging, models like the Mountain Buggy Duet or Out'n'About Nipper Sport Double V4 will perform. Hard-core runners may prefer the double running pushchairs, such as the Thule Cheetah 2.

Safety

Double running buggys have three or four wheels, similar to a pram. However they tend to be larger and the front wheel is locked for additional control and suspension. The handlebar will usually have a brake (similar to on bicycles) so you can stop your buggy in a flash and have a wrist strap to provide extra security. You'll also find some have a slightly reclined seating to give you more comfort when your children are taking a nap or eating. Remember that babies should be at minimum nine months old before you can begin running in a buggy, and only when they're comfortable for extended periods of time.
